The original “Haus zur Enge” was an architectural icon of the 1970s, built by Werner Stücheli. This is the location of the new FIFA Museum, which attracts football fans from around the world to view the fascinating exhibits and be inspired by the legends of international football.

The internationally renowned Zurich architects, sam-Architekten, have completely renovated the building, stripping it back to its shell and rebuilding and extending it upwards. The ultra-urban, horizontally layered structure enhances the cityscape around Tessinerplatz.

The lower part of the building houses the museum with the large open exhibition halls partially extending over two floors. As a tenant, you will be able to enjoy the fun atmosphere of the sports bar located next to the museum entrance on the ground floor, and the restaurant, shop, seminar area and large terrace on the second floor, whenever you like. The third to seventh floors consist of apartments and offices, culminating in the penthouse apartments on the eighth and ninth floors.
